Return conditions

Warranty:

All goods in the furniture online store are guaranteed. The warranty period is 3 months from the day the product is handed over to the consumer.
In order to carry out warranty service of the product, you need to present documents confirming the fact of purchase or the goods and transport invoice of the courier service that delivers from the store.

Returns and exchanges:

The company carries out the return and exchange of goods of appropriate quality in accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights". The return of the goods by the buyer occurs when the existing irreparable manufacturing defects are detected. Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receiving the goods by the buyer. Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.

Return conditions for good quality goods:

You can return or exchange a product if:

•    the product has no traces of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.;

•    the product is fully assembled and the factory packaging has been preserved;

•    all labels and factory markings are preserved;

•    the product retains its marketable appearance and its consumer properties.

According to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the company may refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of proper quality, if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality, not subject to return and exchange.
